Nothing says spring like a fresh carrot cake. Every batch of our carrot cake is made with fresh with shredded organic carrots, a homemade carrot puree, and topped with a cinnamon cream cheese. The carrot shreds and puree work together to create a moist and tender crumb that will leave you coming back for more.
