Sisters' Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes

A white cake filled with fresh organic strawberries and paired with a whipped vanilla buttercream. Each cupcake is also topped with a fresh strawberry compote. This was inspired by my sister and I's childhood favorite treat, Strawberry Shortcake. These cupcakes are light and airy, with the perfect amount of sweetness in every bite.
